On May 29th Friday, class 3-5 starts special STEAM III classes with the Toyooka innovation center. The class took place during the 5th and 6th periods.
We had special guest speakers, and all the students gave two group presentations about Toyooka and Tajima.
First, the students had to talk about what they like about Toyooka.
Second, they had to introduce the hidden beauty of their assigned areas in Toyooka. The second one was a bit harder, but they came up with many unique ideas, which surprised all of us.
The project will continue for three more days: June 19th, July 15th and July 17th.
The results of the project will be short videos about Toyooka. If they do well -which I am sure they will- one of the videos will be uploaded to @visitkinosaki Instagram account! We are very much looking forward to seeing all the results. Thank you to Ms. Danielle, Mr. Okamoto and Ms. Obata for the wonderful opportunity.
