Hey guys! Lavender here. This week is Halloween!! In Japan we don’t celebrate as much as other countries. I’d like to go to America and experience Halloween there! Seeing scary decorations everywhere, dressing up in costumes with everyone, and eating lots of American candy… It sounds so fun!! Did you know Halloween is more than trick-or-treating though? There’s haunted houses, scary movies, and pumpkin carving contests too! Apparently in America it’s common to go to a farm to choose a pumpkin. These farms often have activities like pumpkin throwing, corn mazes, and apple picking. They also sell things like apple cider, pumpkin pies, and caramel apples. It sounds delicious!!
