Hi everyone, it’s Yellow! Long time no see! Last time I was here, I talked about how excited I was for autumn… but I forgot to mention that it’s also known as “flu season.” A couple weeks ago, I heard that many students in schools all across Tajima had the influenza! Wow! Free vacation! Personally, I had a 40 degree fever and I stayed in my bed for two days. Awesome! Anyway, let’s all remain diligent in order to avoid catching any sicknesses! Make sure to wash your hands and wear face masks! This way, we can avoid spreading germs.
Also, make sure to dress warmly! The weather has been getting colder, so it’s time to bust out your heat tech and winter jackets! I’m so glad that the classrooms have air conditioning this year! Last year, it was freezing! Wait, the OCR doesn’t have air conditioning? What? That’s weird…
Anyway, as it gets colder and the days become darker, it can be very lonely, so make sure you take breaks from studying to enjoy time with your friends and family! My favorite thing to do is to cook a big pot of miso pork soup and… and… well, I live alone, so I sit by myself in my room and eat it by myself. Hopefully you guys aren’t as lonely. Man.
