First Year Students

Each confirmed the future direction of their research, talked to others who are doing research on the same theme and bounced some ideas off each other.

Progress of Each Group:

  • Group A1: “We made progress with our research on both rental cycles and the Segway.”
  • Group A2: “We confirmed the problems with using RESAS for sightseeing in Himeji and listened to advice from the second-year students”
  • Group B1: “We realized what we need to pay attention to after listening to advice from the the second- year students.”
  • Group B2: “We were able to deepen our understanding of our topic thanks to advice from the second-year students.”
  • Group C1: “We are thinking of combining Euglena with a power generation method.”
  • Group C2: “We are thinking about how to solve food problems using AQUAPONICS.”
  • Group C3: “We have decided to support Myanmar through food assistance.”
  • Group C4: “We changed our subject to fuel cells.”
  • Group C5: “We are thinking about which country in southeastern Asia we will support through education.”
  • Group D: “We will make two tour plans for Japanese people who come from outside of Himeji: History and Food.”

Second Year Students

Each group made progress with their research.

Progress of Each Group:

  • Group A: “We made our poster simpler by summarizing our main point.”
  • Group B1: “We finished preparing for the upcoming poster session.”
  • Group C2: “We made progress with our poster. We used our time wisely.”
  • Group D2: “We decided on the devices we need for the castle attack experience. We will think about the cost of our plan next time.”
